Kayla and Blake’s wedding at Castle Farms was nothing short of magical. With a stunning castle backdrop, a heartfelt first touch, and golden hour portraits in the gardens, their day was filled with love, laughter, and unforgettable moments. From the emotional first looks to a dance floor that stayed packed all night, every detail was perfectly planned for a day they’ll never forget—including an epic nacho bar to close out the night!

Getting Ready

The morning began in the Castle Farms bridal suite, where Kayla and her bridesmaids got ready surrounded by excitement and love. I arrived at 12:00 PM to capture candid makeup shots, robe photos, and all the little details that made the morning special. Meanwhile, Blake and his groomsmen were getting ready in their own space, where I arrived at 1:00 PM to photograph flat lays, groom portraits, and fun moments with the guys.

By 2:10 PM, I was back at the venue capturing ceremony and venue details, leading up to a stunning dress photo at 2:50 PM inside the castle.

First Look & Ceremony

Kayla’s first look with her bridesmaids and mom at 4:10 PM was filled with happy tears and excitement. Just moments later, she shared a first touch with Blake at 4:30 PM, holding hands and exchanging sweet words without seeing each other—a moment full of emotion before the ceremony.

By 5:00 PM, the guests had arrived, and the castle courtyard set the stage for a romantic, golden-lit ceremony. Kayla walked down the aisle, and as Blake saw her for the first time, it was clear this was the moment they had both been waiting for.

Portraits & Cocktail Hour

After saying “I do,” the couple took time for family portraits at 5:30 PM, while guests enjoyed cocktail hour. The wedding party joined in for bridal party portraits from 6:00-6:30 PM, followed by the first round of bride and groom photos.

But the real magic? Golden hour portraits at 7:30 PM. With the sun setting perfectly over Castle Farms, Kayla and Blake took a quiet moment together as newlyweds, soaking in the golden glow while capturing some of the most stunning images of the day.

Reception & Dancing

By 6:45 PM, the celebration was in full swing as the couple made their grand entrance to a cheering crowd. After a cake cutting and a mad photo dash, guests settled in for heartfelt speeches and a delicious dinner at 7:00 PM.

Once dinner wrapped up, the couple had their first dance at 8:30 PM, followed by the anniversary dance. Then, the dance floor officially opened for a full hour of non-stop fun, laughter, and epic moves from 9-10 PM.

A Night to Remember

One of the most unforgettable parts of the night? The nacho bar! Guests grabbed late-night snacks while celebrating under the castle lights, making for the perfect ending to an already incredible day.

Kayla and Blake’s wedding was a beautiful blend of elegance, romance, and pure fun. Every moment, from the emotional first touch to the golden hour portraits and the packed dance floor, reflected their love story in the most perfect way.
